- Free shipping on orders over HK$399.
- HK$35 SF Self pickup for orders below HK$399, or
- HK$55 delivery fee for orders below HK$399

- Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, except remote areas and outlying islands
- HK$10 Surcharge applicable for remote areas: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Lantau South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.)
Estimated delivery time
- Upon confirmation of payment, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability
- Delivery time varies by location, weather, traffic condition etc.
- Delivery service will be suspended when the typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. Customer will be contacted to re-arrange delivery

- Only one delivery address per order
- Please contact the courier directly to request a change of address
- If the recipient fails to accept the delivery after two attempts, the order will be cancelled and will not refunded
