Tempeh Soy Burger (2 patties)

Fire up the grill for a delicious and protein-packed Tempeh Burger, it's irresistibly good!

Organic soy tempeh, BBQ sauce (water, soy sauce, olive oil, tomato paste, brown sugar, corn syrup, molasses, apple cider vinegar, salt, liquid smoke, onion powder, pepper)

Pan-fry: heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry each side for about 2-3 minutes.

Oven: bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 10 mins.
